For phone orders we will hold your order until your check arrives and
has cleared before shipping.
Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped from Florida and our preferred shipper is
Federal Express ground.
Return Policy
All sales are final with the exception of items damaged during
shipping. If an item is damaged call us and we will either replace it
or provide a refund. Because pottery items are one of a kind (with the
exception of ornaments) we will either replace it with an item of your
choosing at equal cost or provide a refund.
